USDConverter.com provides an online currency conversion tool that displays third-party reference rates for informational purposes. The service includes supported fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.
3. Accuracy and Freshness of Rates
Rates come from a daily CC0 reference dataset. The displayed rate date and stale status describe the snapshot being used. Values are not executable quotes or guaranteed mid-market rates and may differ from rates offered by banks, card networks, transfer services, or exchanges. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
4. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by USDConverter.com is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
5. API Usage
The free versioned API under /api/v1 is provided as-is for reasonable use. Rate data is identified as CC0-1.0 in API metadata. We may apply rate limits, preserve older unversioned routes for compatibility, or change and discontinue endpoints with reasonable operational notice where practical.
6. Widget Embedding
You may embed the USDConverter widget on your website for free, provided you do not remove the "Powered by USDConverter.com" attribution. You may not modify the widget to misrepresent exchange rates.
7. Intellectual Property
USDConverter's original text, design, branding, and application code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party and CC0 data remain governed by their own licenses and are not claimed as USDConverter property.
8. Limitation of Liability
USDConverter.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided. Use the service at your own risk.
